WILDLIFE WORLD

Yesteday, the staffs who were zoo keepers at Wildlife World came to Macquary university with some animal.
I could watch native animals in Australia.
And I could touch them.
The staffs said you can sometimes watch them at daily life in Sydney.

As I came back to my hosthouse and told that my host mother, she told me she often watch them.
I want to watch them before I go back to Japan.

I had a valuable experience.

gave a presentation

I could not use the internet,so I write about yesterday today.

Our group (Yumiko, Hisako,Manami, and me) gave a presentation yesterday.

We were all nervous, but I think we could do our best.

After giving presentation, I went to Macquarie Centre and watched Mamma Mia.

It was a fantastic movie.

I will watch it in Japan again for sure.

We have only 3 days more left, so I want to enjoy the rest of our life in Australia.

18 August

Today is not so good weather as last weekend
but it is still warm.

Today we study how to arrange introduction
through short presentation.
What is most interesting for me is the way
to get audience's attention.
- tell a personal story
- offer an amazing fact
-ask a question
-state a problem
The first one is surprising thing for me as that way.
Presentation must not be boring nor be just amusement ,
its balance is so difficult.

Today , we will be Japanese-teacher!
How strange thing it might be.
To communicate unknown people is so fantastic thing.
I wish it encourages students studying japanese into being interested in Japan.

17 August , last holiday

Today was the last holiday in Australia.
Time is passing so quickly.
Anyway , today I went Harber Bridge
and the Koara park with my host mother and her sister.

I walked through Harber Bridge .
There has so beautiful view .
I could see the Opera House , the Harbour and lots of cluise.

In the afternoon , we went Koara Park.
I could pat a koara , and kangaroos , I tought if I come back
without seeing them it is such a shame , anyway I was happy
to "meet" them.

What is most impressive today was seeing wild cocktoo.
I couldn"t believe cocktoo was flying sky , not escaping ones.
I can see or buy almost all products , so I cannot feel being abroad
in shops , but that seen made me feel that sense.

Business Proposal

Yesterday, we were very busy.
Because we had to hand in our business proposal and prepare for our presentation.
No one in my group bring own computer from Japan.
So, we had to do them in Macquarie University's PC room.
However we managed to hand in our business proposal, and felt self-satisfaction.

We are going to give a presentation about new short trip tour.
Our target marcket is female office worker in Japan.
In Japan, it is difficult for them to take a long-term vacation.
But most of them want to travel overseas.
They want to travel to refresh and reduce stress.
So we propose the weekernd break.
They use their weekend to go overseas.
They leave Narita airport on Friday night,
and they come back to Narita airport on Sunday night or Monday.
They go to Asia, so they do not suffer jet lag
and go to work from the next day they come back to Japan.
Moreover we are going to propose many other service for them.

The prepation is hard. But it is interesting a little.

Harbour Cruise

After we finished our class we went to sydney for cruising.
Since our cruising was cancelled last week I am very sure that everone was so excited.

Our ship was absolutely beautiful, and we had nice tea and cakes in there.
I was aslo impressed by the view of Sydney Harbour, we saw a lot of famous buildings like Opera House and Sydney Tower.
That was one of the best experience I had in here. I am sure that we can have even greater time before we go back to Japan.

busy day

I had class today til 12:30 as usual.

We studied about marketing.

Next week we have to give a presentation about product or service we considered,so we have

been a little bit busy even after class.

Tomorrow we have a school trip after class!

We are all excited.
